1. Support the Internal auditor and Finance Manager on compliance aspects, ensuring in particular that root causes for compliance deviations are addressed in a systemic way.
2. Monitor archiving throughout the programme is compliant with HI Archiving procedure.
3. Support mission security focal points in the monitoring of security and compliance with security guidelines.
4. Proactively identify organizational risk and propose mitigation measures to address them.
5. Liaise with HI HQ contact points as necessary to facilitate HI BGD operations
6. Carry out any other responsibilities as requested by the CD
7. Position in the Organization Chart: Under the supervision of Country Director
8. Duration of the Contract: One Year
9. Contribute to the development and/or update of HI country-specific procedures and systems.
10. Benchmark: HI team members have the resources, information, and training necessary to deliver effectively and quality program results
