1. Join us as An Area Coordinator and IMSL will support you to become the person you aspire to be

1. Execute cycle execution plan
2. Recruit qualified Brand Promoters (BRs) as per requirement in time
3. Train and brief field force about job roles and responsibilities.
4. Make regular field visits as per requirement of IMSL
5. Prepare report of field operation as per IMSL requirements.
6. Managing (planning, leading, motivating, monitoring) multiple teams of BRs (each team led by a BR Supervisor)
7. Distribution house wise performance monitoring
8. Maintain liaison with officers of client and distributor
9. Assess requirement and arrange for training
10. Enforcing discipline in the field
11. Performance analysis and take rectification steps, if required
12. Support to recruitment of team members for various teams under him
13. Routine visits from distribution house to house and run sudden inspections to ensure that everything is going according to plan
14. Develop and maintain excellent relationship with district/ thana/ upazilla administration
15. Gathering field intelligence
16. Inventory planning and maintenance of communication materials and aids
17. Follow record management guidelines of IMSL
